The Wonderful Staff at Garden Terrace
Ken Neher is our Executive Director. Ken combines years of business ownership, fundraising, and marketing with a passion for assisting those in need at Garden Terrace. He believes wholeheartedly in the mission to provide safe, secure affordable housing to our area’s seniors.
Todd is our Bookkeeper and Records Manager. Todd has been with Garden Terrace for over 20 years and truly believes in the mission of serving our elderly residents with kindness, compassion and sense of humor.
Shawna is our Office Manager. She is the superior multi-tasker that her position requires. Shawna shares her warm and caring personality with residents and staff alike.
Karen Boyce is our Services Coordinator. She is a social worker and somewhat of an activities director. She meets many of our residents needs for a sympathetic ear and a helping hand.
Food Services Manager
Rick is Food Services Manager at Garden Terrace. He maintains an excellent kitchen staff and is the man creating our wonderful menus!
Peggy is our lead cook and prepares the fine fare here at Garden Terrace.
Sean is our kitchen do-it-all. At any time he could be seen cooking, serving or cleaning, always with a smile on his face.
Housing and Maintenance Coordinator
Dana is in charge of coordinating the schedule of the house keeper and fulfills resident work orders.
Shane is our Maintenance Manager. He can fix anything and knows our buildings inside out!
Building Host/Maintenance Support
Ralph is the person to call every other month when the office is closed and keys are misplaced or there are concerns about the building or its residents.
Building Host/Tech Support
Jason is the person to call if you are having a problem with TV, Cable, or Computer. He is also the person to call every other month when the office is closed and keys are misplaced or there are concerns about the building or its residents.
